Create demo accounts for App Store review and testing

1. Click "Create" on one of the preset accounts above
2. The user will receive an email invitation to join
3. They can click the link and set their password
4. Provide these credentials to Apple in your App Store review notes

Admin role requires the user to be registered on Base44 first. For App Store review, regular "user" role accounts have full access to all app features.
